If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will prompt a store credit or an exchange.
REFUNDS are not available- A store credit will be issued once the item is returned.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE- All clearance items cannot be returned but, if damaged, we will issue a store credit or an exchange.
All returns and exchange orders must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving the order.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS(RA#)
Once the customer notifies us with their return request, we will provide them with an RA#. Please add the RA# on the return box before shipping out.
We recommend the customer to send their return via an insure carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.
Store credit will be issued after receiving and inspected by our Return/exchange department. ITEMS MUST BE REPACKAGED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURE’S PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags in place. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

We also provide other methods of shipping through USPS, FedEx® and other logistic companies per customer's request.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be shipped out same day*.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be shipped out next day.
- We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S.
- Promotional free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
*Any substitutions/additions to orders or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause delay in shipment.
Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination of the shipment. Once your order has been packaged and weighed we will notify you via e-mail your total shipping cost.
